The Town of Plattsburgh has applied for $10 million through the Governor’s DRI program. The Town intends to build on past and present planning initiatives focused on enhancing the streetscape aesthetics and walkability of Town Center while encouraging balanced commercial and residential growth in the target area. The DRI program would be a comprehensive approach to boosting the Town’s economy and furthering ongoing revitalization efforts.
