Outdoor Soccer 2025

The Adirondack Coast Outdoor Soccer League and Regional Championship Tournament returns for 2025!

Adirondack Coast Sports is proud to present Spring Sports opportunities on the Adirondack Coast! We will continue the success of our MLSGO outdoor soccer league for U6 (instructional), U8, U10, U12 and U14 athletes this Spring as well as to continue the success of the popular SoccerMoms! League. We'll also introduce an Adult Coed "Mortgage" Soccer League for those over 30 who, you know, want to have fun, play real soccer, and get up the next day and pay the mortgage.

Finally, we'll launch our first-ever outdoor NFL Flag league for middle school boys and middle school girls on Sunday Nights!

All the action takes place at SUNY Plattsburgh's turf soccer field! We are looking forward to another great season in 2025!

MLS GO-Outdoor Soccer 2025

Join the nation's largest Major League Soccer (MLSGO) league!

Individuals without a team will register using the "free agent" feature in the registration process.

Coaches will register their team (at no charge), and then invite their players (via their email address) to register and pay associated fees.

**U6 is currently full**

All U8/U10/u12/u14 teams get seven games plus playoffs (top 4 teams) and practices (6 per session).

We believe that fair, fun, and exciting competition fosters growth and learning, win or lose. We also believe that practice is the defining element of sports that generates all the qualities that we seek for our children: hard work, dedication, team work, sportsmanship, accountability, a winning mindset, and yes, sometimes the agony of defeat.

This is a coed league and coaches should work to ensure equity on their team. Lets work to make our kids great humans - a coed league at these ages sends a really important message to our kids about respect for gender and equity at an impressionable time.

Adult Outdoor Soccer Registration 2025

Adirondack Coast Sports is offering SoccerMoms! and the Mortgage League (Adult Coed soccer for those over 30 that have to get up the next day and pay the mortgage!)

TEAM CAPTAINS/COACHES - How it works:

register your team and get a TEAM CODE.
EMAIL the TEAM CODE to your players
Players will register through that link on the email, input the team code when asked, and pay associated fees. They will automatically be rostered on the team.

Players - How it works:

Make sure you get the TEAM CODE from your team captain/coach.
Once you do, you can register at the link they emailed, or, you can click on the appropriate link below and register--just make sure you put in the team code when asked.
